Wages (after training): $17/hr (novice) | $ 18/hr (experienced) | $20+/hr (leadership)


AN IDEAL BAKER CANDIDATE...

  • knows bread baking fundamentals

  • works with a creative eye & palate

  • is self-motivated yet team-oriented

  • has 1+ years of baking experience

$18+/hr

Our pastry program is responsible for all baked goods & desserts, all from scratch. We bake classic french baguettes, buns, & crackers with our 8+ year old starter. Our dessert menu rotates with the seasons, aiming to create visually stunning dishes with a complex balance of flavors & textures.


About Lodgepole: Our restaurant is focused on using the best available products in creative yet familiar dishes. We work with several purveyors from the coast to bring in the highest quality seafood available to our region. Our "from scratch" mentality means all produce comes in without processing, proteins come in whole, & all bread is baked in house, allowing our staff to care for every ingredient through each step of the preparation process.

As a Non-Gratuity Restaurant, wages are consistent & competitive for our team who works diligently to make Lodgepole a one-of-a-kind experience.
