Lodgepole’s pastry chef is moving this fall & we’re searching for an experienced, responsible, detail-oriented individual with a passion for baking & dessert making.

Wages (after training): $20+/hr
Our pastry chef is responsible for all baked goods & desserts, all from scratch. We bake classic french baguettes, buns, & crackers with our 10+ year old starter. Our dessert menu rotates with the seasons, aiming to create visually stunning dishes with a complex balance of flavors & textures.
Pastry Chef is a full-time position with flexible scheduling once training is complete.
About Lodgepole: Our restaurant is focused on using the best available products in creative yet familiar dishes. We work with several purveyors from the coast to bring in the highest quality seafood available to our region. Our "from scratch" mentality means all produce comes in without processing, proteins come in whole, and all bread is baked in house, allowing our staff to care for every ingredient through each step of the preparation process.
As a Non-Gratuity Restaurant, wages are consistent and competitive for our team who works diligently to make Lodgepole a one-of-a-kind experience.
